Your mental health matters and should always come first! It is important to know your own limits, expectations and needs and to never sacrifice them for others. If you work from home, set yourself boundaries for when you're working and when you aren't. Learn when to cancel plans and when to leave events in a manner that prioritizes your mental health. If you aren't having a good time in a situation, don't continue to put yourself in that situation. And if you feel like you're drowning, reach out to someone - the people in your life would much rather help you through rocky waters than lose you forever.
